Return and Cancellation Policy for Simple Tech.

At SimpleTech BD, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully.
1. Refund & Return

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with video proof. We will offer a replacement or full refund after verification.

Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return or refund, such as:
- Used or damaged by the customer
- Customized or special order products
3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a few working days.
4. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is processed or shipped.
If already shipped, you will need to follow the return process after receiving the product. Delivery charge isn’t refundable.
